Tyson Foods CFO Arrested After Falling Asleep In Wrong Home

John R. Tyson, the son of Tyson Foods chairman John H. Tyson, was arrested on Sunday morning after he was found sleeping in a woman's bed at her home.

According to the arrest report, when the woman arrived at her home she discovered Tyson was sleeping in her back bedroom with his clothes in front of her bed.

Police found Tyson unresponsive with alcohol on his breath.

According to the records, Tyson was arrested for public intoxication and criminal trespass.

Tyson was released on a $415 bond on Sunday evening.

Tyson was appointed as the CFO of Tyson Foods on September 27th.  

He was promoted from his previous role as the executive vice president and chief sustainability officer. 

Effective October 2, he officially took over the position, with a base salary of $650,000.
